Soliciting Public Comments of the Public Housing Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP)
The Raleigh Housing Authority (RHA) is soliciting public comments of the Public Housing Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) with an anticipated implementation date of April 1, 2024.
- The Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy(ACOP) defines policies for the operation for the public housing program.
At this time, RHA is seeking the input of RHA residents, community partners and interested community members to provide feedback and proposed revisions before they are reviewed and approved by the RHA Board of Commissioners.
A copy of the ACOP is available for resident review at the following locations:

Written comments on these proposed changes may be submitted to Raleigh Housing Authority, Attn: Sonia Anderson at 900 Haynes Street, Raleigh, NC 27604 by mail or by hand delivery. Comments via e-mail can be sent to info@rhaonline.com. Raleigh Housing Authority must receive all comments by 5 PM January 8, 2024.
