Raleigh Housing Authority is in the process of updating several important policies and documents! HUD requires us to develop a comprehensive guide to our policies, programs, operations and strategies for meeting local housing needs and goals. These will guide us in addressing the most pressing housing needs in our community.

Utility Allowances
HUD required utility allowance reviews for allowable tenant-paid utilities. Public Housing and Section 8 programs have different utility allowances which are reviewed annually.
