Awards
In accordance with 24 CFR 983.51(d), the Raleigh Housing Authority, a Public Housing Agency (PHA) for the purpose of administering the Federal Housing Choice Voucher program of which the Project-Based Voucher (PBV) program is a part, hereby provides public notice of the selection of PBV proposals to provide housing under the PBV program.
The selection is subject to completion of a favorable environmental review and that the project or proposal may be rejected based on the results of the environmental review in accordance with 24 CFR 983.56(c).
The selected PBV proposals are as follows:
