As of 5pm on October 31, 2023, all RHA Section 8 Voucher and Public Housing waiting lists are temporarily closed and are not accepting new applications. Change of Status Form
Applicants currently on the waiting list may make changes to their application by completing a Public Housing Applicant Change of Status Form and returning it to Raleigh Housing Authority. All changes must be made in writing.
