Raleigh Housing Authority is in the process of updating the Capital Fund (CFP) 5-Year Action Plan. The CFP 5-Year Plan will guide RHA in addressing the most pressing capital repair and modernization needs in our community. Written comments may be mailed to Jennifer Morgan at 900 Haynes Street, Raleigh, NC 27604 or submitted via e-mail to jmorgan@rhanc.gov. Comments will be accepted through 9:00 A.M. Monday, January 20, 2025. A public hearing will be held on January 22, 2025 at 2:00 pm via zoom (see below).
