THE HOUSING AGENCY (RHA), THE TENANT, AND THE OWNER/LANDLORD (YOU).

 

- Accepts applications	- Recruits owners
- Determines eligibility	- Inspects units
- Issue vouchers	- Makes payments to owners
- Recertifies families	- Determines reasonable rent
- Offers and conducts hearings	- Terminates assistance/HAP contracts

                                            

 

- Pays rent		- Screens families
- Complies with lease		- Maintains unit
- Takes care of unit		- Makes timely repairs
- Reports maintenance		- Enforces lease/Evicts
- Gives proper moving notice
- Attends annual recertifications
